2. Auction Overview
This is a private sealed-bid fundraising auction organised by DYMAG to support Maria Costello MBE and her passenger, Shaun Parker, following injuries sustained during the 2026 Isle of Man TT.

The winning bidder will receive the prize package described in these Terms and Conditions. The winning bidder must donate their winning bid amount directly to Maria Costello’s GoFundMe (80% of total bid) and Shaun Parker’s GoFundMe (20% of total bid), and provide proof of the donation before the prize is administered.

DYMAG is not collecting or administering donations and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GoFundMe.

3. Auction Period
The auction opens at 9:00AM BST on Friday 5th June. The auction closes at 9:00AM on Monday 22nd June.

Any bids submitted after the stated closing time will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility
The auction is open to residents of the UK only. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Employees of DYMAG and anyone directly connected with the administration of this auction may not enter.

DYMAG reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

5. How to Enter
To enter the auction, entrants must:

– Submit a bid in GBP (£).

This is a private sealed-bid auction. Submitted bids will not be visible to other participants.

Multiple bids per permission will be permitted. Bids submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint bids are not allowed. Incomplete illegible, misdirected or late bids will not be accepted.

DYMAG accepts no responsibility for bids not successfully completed due to a technical fault.

By submitting a bid, entrants confirm that:

– Their bid is genuine;
– They intend to complete the required donation if selected as the winning bidder; and
– They agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

6. Winner Selection
The highest valid bid received before the auction closing date and time will be selected as the winner.

In the event of identical highest bids, the earliest valid submitted bid will take priority.

DYMAG reserves the right not to award the prize if the highest valid bid does not reach £1,000.00 GBP. DYMAG’s decision is final.

7. Winner Notification
The winning bidder will be contacted using the contact details provided on the auction form within 3 working days of the auction closing.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to provide proof of donation within 48 hours of notification, DYMAG reserves the right to withdraw the award and offer the prize to the next highest valid bidder.

The winner must share their address with DYMAG to claim the prize.

8. Donation Requirement
The winning bidder must:
– Donate 80% of the winning bid amount directly to Maria Costello’s official GoFundMe campaign within 48 hours of notification; and
– Donate 20% of the winning bid amount directly to Shaun Parker’s official GoFundMe campaign within 48 hours of notification; and
– Provide proof of both donations to DYMAG.
The prize will not be released until proof of donation has been received and verified.

9. Prize Details
The winning bidder will receive:
– One DYMAG UP7X or SECTOR wheel set (front and rear) in the winner’s choice of available colours, for a compatible motorcycle application within DYMAG’s specification range.
– An exclusive DYMAG factory experience.

No cash alternative will be offered. This prize is non-transferable.

10. Factory Experience
The factory experience is subject to:
– Availability;
– Health and safety requirements;
– Operational requirements; and
– Commercial confidentiality considerations.

DYMAG reserves the right to:
– Restrict access to certain areas;
– Amend the experience; or
– Refuse access where reasonably necessary to protect confidential information, intellectual property, safety, or commercial interests.

Travel, accommodation, insurance and any associated experiences are not included.

11. Wheelset Fitment
Wheelset supply is subject to motorcycle compatibility and DYMAG production specifications. DYMAG reserves the right to determine final technical compatibility. In the occasion that DYMAG cannot provide compatibility with the winner’s chosen model, the prize will be offered to the next highest valid bidder.

12. Shipping
Shipping arrangements will be agreed with the winning bidder following verification of the donation. Delivery times may vary.

13. Publicity
DYMAG may publish the total winning bid amount and general auction updates/results.

The winner’s personal details will not be published without their consent.

14. Fraud and Disqualification
DYMAG reserves the right to:
– Reject fraudulent or suspicious bids;
– Disqualify entrants who breach these Terms and Conditions;
– Cancel or amend the auction where reasonably necessary; and
– Refuse entries submitted using false identities or automated methods.

If this Promotion cannot run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors, or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this Promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved.
If this Promotion is tampered with in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure outside the control of Jolt Racing or its agencies, Jolt Racing and its agencies will not be responsible for the Promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

15. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes DYMAG’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that the Promoter may not exclude by law. Subject to that, the Promoter and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by:
a. Technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in the promotion;
b. Any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a prize;
c. Any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to the prize; or
d. Any other events beyond the Promoter’s control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the winner or to the prize.

16. Data Protection
Your personal data will be held in accordance will all relevant data protection legislation currently in force.

17. General
DYMAG reserves the right to cancel this promotion, cancel or refuse any individual’s entry, and amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining. Provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By entering the auction, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any dispute, DYMAG’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
